Ladner CRC is a local congregation of Jesus Christ’s church, a family of sinners saved by grace, the redeemed people of God called together by His word and united to Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. We’d love for you to join us!

What to Expect

  • On Sundays, our service starts at 10:00am and usually ends at 11:15am.

    Refreshments are served afterwards in our fellowship hall — we would like to meet you there!

  • People wear all kinds of clothes at our Sunday gathering - it is overall pretty casual. The most important thing is that you wear something you feel comfortable in.

  • Yes, we livestream our Sunday worship service on our Youtube page, as a way to include those who are homebound or not able to join us in-person on a given Sunday.

  • Yes, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the second Sunday of every month. We have an open communion table where everyone who trusts in Jesus Christ for salvation and has been baptized into the Christian church is welcome to participate.

  • Our worship is led by the pastor or a member of our church. We sing contemporary songs and traditional hymns with instrumental accompaniment and vocalists. We pray together, confess our sins together, and hear God’s Word in a sermon, which is usually about 30 minutes long. We preach from the Bible, doing our best to focus on Jesus and how to live out our faith in our daily lives.

  • We collect an offering during our worship service as a part of our response to God’s grace. We have a designated offering each week for a different ministry that we support. If you are a visitor, you are welcome to give but there is no expectation to do so!

  • We love kids at Ladner CRC. We provide a nursery for newborn up to age 3, and we have age-appropriate classes for kids ages 3-grade 5 that meet halfway through the service. Volunteers in our children’s ministry receive background checks and ‘safe church’ training.

  • Everyone is welcome to join our gatherings, no matter where you are on your spiritual journey. Our hope is that in God’s timing you would to come to know Jesus Christ and what it means to follow him.
