How to Give via Interac e-Transfer

Interac e-Transfer donations in support of our Ladner Christian Reformed Church’s local ministries and expenses are now welcomed. We thank you for your interest.

Your donation, via the e-Transfer method, will help cover and support our local church’s various Ministries, Salaries, church Maintenance, Administration, Hospitality, and of course church Worship expenses.  We normally refer to such donations as “Budget Giving” donations.

For those Giving for the very first time, and needing a Tax Receipt

To assist our administration, before you give a donation with e-Transfer, we would like to know, ahead of time, who you are.  We need to know your legal name and full address, so we can send you a tax receipt at the end of the year.  You only need to do this the very first time. 

Please email our Office Administrator (Dorothy) at office@LadnerCRC.com  to request a registration number – we call this an Envelope Number (Env#), and give her your legal name and address information.

For those who have given donations before, e.g. via our Gift Box

You are already registered, there is no need to register again. E-Transfer gifts will just be added to your existing Env# account.  A tax receipt will be done for the whole year for all giving combined.

E-Transfers are done using your Bank

Donations via e-Transfer are only done via your bank.  All banks now allow you to send gifts using the “Interac e-Transfer” method. You need to add the following email address to your bank’s E-Transfer list of “people” you normally give to: Giving@LadnerCRC.com.

As we are using the “auto-deposit” method of receiving gifts via e-Transfers, your donation-gift will be directly received by the church’s Envision Bank, which will only show the Name of the giver.  If you are registered with us, then we will post your gift in our Donation Receipts program, for a tax receipt at year’s end. 

IMPORTANT: If you are not registered with us, you will NOT receive a tax receipt.

E-Transfer Gifts will support our Local Church Expenses

At this time, e-Transfers will only be possible in support of our local church’s expenses and ministry programs – thus for “Budget Giving”.

Other Causes and Ways of Giving

Donations for “Weekly Offering” causes — e.g. Delta Christian School, Delta Food Bank, World Renew — can be done via “Give Online”. Our church will send those donations to those charities.

These or other special gifts can also be made via Cash or Cheque into our normal Gift Box, with a note and your Env# number, Name, etc.

E-Transfer Summary
